Under the Offshore Development Centre (ODC) model, Sandblue will provide a dedicated team reserved exclusively for your projects. You will have the flexibility to deploy the resources based on your business requirements. The team could be deployed on bespoke software development, change requests/enhancements, data migration support etc. They could also be deployed onsite for tasks such as requirements specs, software integration and roll-out, training etc.

The resources in the ODC team will have technical skills which you want. They will be familiarised with your methodologies, workflows and standards and conformance to these will be ensured.

You do not have to invest on common HW/SW infrastructure, communication facilities etc. You can start with a small team and gradually increase the resource pool and the size of the operation, and thus have minimal risk.

Offshore co-ordination and project management will be entirely managed by Sandblue, and Sandblue will take full responsibility for executing the projects to quality and schedule. We will provide you full visibility on the tasks carried out by the resource pool, their utilisation levels, productivity etc.

In effect, the ODC operating in the Sandblue facilities in India will work as a logical extension of your IT facility, but you have no responsibility or obligations towards hiring or managing the staff, or other regulatory obligations related to employment.
